Cantemus is one of the two main touring and performing ensembles for LSYC. Cantemus focuses on singing a diverse repertoire, using healthy vocal technique, and learning advanced music theory.

Camerata is one of the two main touring and performing ensembles for LSYC. This group focuses on singing a diverse repertoire, using healthy vocal technique during voice change, and learning advanced music theory.

Concert Choir singers become familiar with many styles of music and singing in multiple parts. Learning basic music reading skills and aural development is also emphasized.

Choristers focuses on developing healthy vocal technique, the ability to sing in unison and two parts, aural skills, and basic music reading through exposure to a wide variety of musical styles and genres. LSYC has two Choristers ensembles to accommodate all of our young singers.

Cadenza meets during the spring semester and is made up of singers who previously excelled in LSYC’s Outreach Programs. Singers focus on healthy vocal technique, building ensemble, and basic music reading skills.
