HONOR CHOIR

The Lake Superior Youth Chorus' Honor Choir is a one-day event that is designed to give 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade students a memorable musical experience and to provide teachers with an opportunity to observe, share, and connect.

Singers are invited by their school music teacher to participate in the LYSC Honor Choir prior to the event. Leading up to Honor Choir, singers are provided sheet music and listening resources for practicing the chosen Honor Choir repertoire.

 

On the day of Honor Choir, singers are joined by two LSYC Resident Choirs (Choristers and Concert Choir) and directors in this exciting day of choral music-making featuring a concluding concert.

 

Registration for Honor Choir is by invite-only and costs $15 per singer.
