Spring 2020 Prelude rehearsals begin the week of March 16 and run weekly through May 16.

Rehearsals are one hour long and will not be held during school spring break weeks.

Laura MacArthur Elementary - Mondays/Wednesdays @ 2:15pm

Lester Park Elementary - Wednesdays @ 2:30pm

Myers-Wilkins Elementary* - Wednesdays @ 2:15pm

North Star Academy (DECS) - Thursdays @ 4:15pm

Northern Lights Elementary - Fridays @ 3:45pm

Piedmont Elementary - Wednesdays @ 2:30pm

*Partnership location with the Duluth Community School Collaborative and SafeHaven Shelter will run from 2:15-4:30 through 4/22/20. Singers at this location are still invited to participate in the Prelude performance on May 16.

Singers who are interested in Prelude are encouraged to register even if rehearsals have started. Prelude registrations are accepted within the first two weeks of rehearsals! Questions about registration? Email Prelude Program Director, Dr. Sarah Ludwig, at sludwig@lsyouthchorus.org.

 

Detailed program information will be distributed once rehearsals begin. Students are expected to be present at every rehearsal; rehearsal absences should be reported to the site instructor prior to the rehearsal.

 

Financial Assistance

The Staff and Board of the Lake Superior Youth Chorus are committed to making our programs financially accessible to all families. LSYC has limited funds available to help those who may need assistance. Assistance is awarded based upon available funds. All applications submitted remain confidential among the Executive Director and the board finance committee.
